Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before being shipped to your address.

Shipping usually takes between 6 and 9 business days to reach the customer's destination.

Delivery times to Latin America

Because our warehouses are located in Europe, orders shipped to Latin American countries may take up to 45 calendar days to be delivered. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the logistics and customs conditions of each country.

Delays due to causes beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, international logistics issues, customs procedures, natural disasters or other force majeure events. In these cases, we will not be able to intervene or offer compensation until the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
